About The Austin City Limits Music Festival

Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival is one of the biggest annual music events in the city. The event boasts diverse lineup acts, performances by some of today's biggest names, and attendees worldwide who come together to celebrate the city's vibrant culture. 

Approximately 450,000 people attend the festival each year and in addition to the music performance, there are also food and drinks, an art market, and an Austin Kiddie Limits for the young ones.

How much does it cost to get into the Austin City Limits Music Festival?

There are three ticket tiers available for ACL 2024. A one-day ticket for GA starts at $165, GA+ at $345, VIP from $710, and Platinum tickets for $2210. 3-Day ticket prices start at $360 for GA and Platinum starts at $5710.

Where do you park for Austin City Limits?

Multiple parking spots can be found near the area. You can use third-party apps or websites such as SpotHero or PremiumParking for reservations. Below is a list of the nearby parking options with prices that start from $12:

Austin City Limits Festival Bag Policy

When it comes to the festival’s bag policy, all bags will be searched before you enter the grounds. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 4.5” x 5.5” or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags must be fully clear and made of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and be no longer than 12” x 12” x 6”. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited.

Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets.

Austin City Limits Festival Entrance

There are three entrances to the ACL Festival. You can approach Zilker Park from north, east, and west.

• North - walk or bike across the pedestrian bridge under Mopac to approach the Festival’s Lady Bird Entrance.

• East or West - approach Zilker Park on Barton Springs Road to reach a festival entrance.
