OPA! Coffee and Wine Bar Review

OPA! Coffee and Wine Bar is a cozy, family-owned and operated Greek haven tucked away in the heart of South Austin. This place is on our list of Best Coffee Shops in South Austin. OPA! Coffee and Wine Bar serves Texas Traders organic, fair-trade, locally-roasted coffee. They also have a selection of milk such to accompany your delicious coffee. As for beers, OPA! has a wide selection of local and imported wines, beers, and other beverages. A variety of appetizers and snacks are also available in the shop.

The expansive outdoor seating area is shaded by an oak tree that is perfect for parties of all sized. Dogs are welcome inside as well. They offer dog treats and water bowls for your pets, just make sure you have your dog on his leash. Indoor, the ambiance is cozy and intimate. There is also live music within the venue. You may check up on their schedule to know who’s playing.

I have a lunch meeting with an agent who is thinking about coming over to Spyglass Realty, and so I’m gonna do what I always do and I multi-purpose my time and we will review the place that I love to go to which is Opa on Lamar. Ryan Rodenbeck started Spyglass Realty in 2008 to be a solo practitioner and a top-producing agent. By 2015 he had placed in the ABJ Top 50 Realtors and the Platinum Top 50 Realtors. He decided to grow the company and teach what he learned as a top-producing agent to his growing team of agents.

Ryan was originally from Louisiana and relocated to Austin in 2001. In 2008, he founded Spyglass Realty as a platform for himself and a few other agents to operate independently. In 2015, he began developing ideas for transforming his "team" into a full-fledged brokerage and implemented systems and procedures to expand the team.
